My name is Anthony Italiano and I am a Computer Science undergraduate student at Hiram College.
By attending Hiram College, I have recieved many opprotunties to grow my experience. I participated in a research project looking into the effects of connectivity between individuals on a college campus with machine learning. I have also participated in a service project to provide a fully functional and web accessible data base for the Hiram College Department of Art that was delivered in a timely and efficient fashion.

July 2016 - Present
Provide a full-service helpdesk, management and support of all technology assets, strategic direction through technology, and business continuity planning for 500 Clients/Advisors at 75 different locations Nationwide. Install, operate, and manage computers, network peripherals and connections, utilizing Bomgar Representative Console for remote support in conjunction with Dell Kace K1000 ticketing system. Ensure all computers located on the domain are in compliance with LPL Financial, and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Provide a full-service helpdesk, management, and support of all technology assets, strategic direction through technology for all faculty, staff, and members of student body at Hiram College. Utilization of Dell Kace K1000 ticketing system. Troubleshoot and correct computer software/hardware and network issues and make repairs. Proficient with all Microsoft Operating Systems: Windows XP up to Windows 10.

At Hiram College, I was able to excel and have fun in many groups and clubs both academically and personally. While attending Hiram, I was a varsity letterman for the football team and also became the vice president of the Computer Science Club. I was greatly assisted in paying tuition by the Hiram College Dean's Scholarship.
September 2012 - June 2016
While attending Jackson-Milton High School, I was able to recieve honors both academically and athletically. As a varsity football player, I recieved All-Ohio honors my junior and senior year along with breaking the school tackle recod. As a varsity wrestler, I finished in the top 20 in my weight class both my sophomore and junior year. In 2015, I was invited to attend the American Legion Buckeye Boys State Program to represent JMHS at a state-wide level.
I can fill different types of roles based on my interest, experience, and knowledge.
I have designed numerous front-end enviroments for different web interfaces that have served ultiple different roles from small business to ecommerce sites.
I have completed numerous projects for back-end web development as well. From relational and nonrelational databases, to setting up apache webservers or running node.
I have years of IT support experience under my belt to assist you on any help desk you need. I can fill teir-three roles that otherwise may be difficult to find canidates with experience.
I have high hopes to gain network engineer experience. This is a field I am very passionate about and hope to gain experience in. If you have beginner level network postions available, including a junior network admin, please contact me.
I have plenty of experience working with both Linus and Windows operating systems. I can design infrastructures and high level servers using both os repectively ranging from webserves to DHCP and domain controllers.
Most of the roles I have filled in my life have been that of a leader. I have been a team captian of sports teams alongside being the lead of computer science developmental project groups.
